The MJM Designer Shoes Shopping Spree Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is opened to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 and older at time of entry. Employees of MJM Designer Shoes (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 7/7/09 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 7/6/10 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). There will be four (4) Drawing Periods within the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Drawing Period #1 begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on 7/7/09 and ends at 11:59 (ET) PM on 9/8/09. Drawing Period #2 begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on 9/9/09 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 12/31/09. Drawing Period #3 begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on 1/1/10 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 4/5/10. Drawing Period #4 begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on 4/6/10 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 7/6/10. Drawing Period Deadlines: Entries must be received between 12:01 AM (ET) on the first day of each Drawing Period and by 11:59 PM (ET) on the last day of each Drawing Period to be eligible for the applicable Prize Drawing. All non-winning eligible entries received during any Drawing Period will NOT be entered into subsequent Prize Drawings. If no entries are received for a given Prize Drawing, the next Prize Drawing entries will be used to award the previous prize. Winners will be selected in a random drawing within 30 days after the end of each given Drawing Period.

To enter, visit www.mjmsweeps.com and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form so it is received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: One entry per e-mail address and/or per person per Drawing Period. In the event multiple entries are received by one person and/or one e-mail address per Drawing Period, only the first entry will be accepted for the given Drawing Period. In the eventuality of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entrants subject to all notices posted at www.mjmsweeps.com, including but not limited to privacy policy. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries. Neither Sponsor nor independent judging organization assumes responsibility for third parties' failure to act in accordance with Sponsor's instructions pertaining to the implementation of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. No mechanical reproductions permitted. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, or misdirected entries.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 7/6/10. Four Prizes (total): A $500 Shopping Spree to Designer Shoes will be awarded per Prize Drawing (Retail Value: $500 each). Prizes will be awarded as a Gift Card ("Gift Card"). The Gift Cards are only redeemable for purchases made at MJM Designer Shoes locations. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or as an adjustment to prior purchases. The Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash or used as payment on to a MJM Designer Shoes credit card account or any other credit card account. No credit or cash given for unused portion after Gift Cards expire. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Total value of all prizes: $2,000.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:1,000 per Prize Drawing. Sponsor: MJM Designer Shoes, 1830 Route 130 North, Burlington, NJ 08016. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

Each winner will be selected in a random drawing ("Prize Drawing") conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Each Prize Drawing will be conducted fourteen (14) days from each Drawing Period's end date. Each winner will be notified within approximately 30 days from the date of winner selection. Potential winner will be notified via e-mail and/or US mail. If potential winner's mailing address is not available, he/she will be notified via email. Three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a 7 day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within the 7 day period, or if the e-mail attempt is consistently returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the his/her Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-assignable or transferable. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value. Each potential winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning his/her respective prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for advertising and publicity including online posting without additional compensation.

Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, misuse of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw or cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select the winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
